This test DVD has 6 channel surround sound test signals in both Dolby Digital (EX matrix) and DTS (ES matrix and ES discrete), I also have the 1st DVD with a DTS ES discrete 6 channel surround sound soundtrack (The Haunting):

I listened to the S&V 6 channel test signals on my 4.0 system (4 Pioneer CS-G103s), it seemed to have good imaging at CB (and CF) [phantom locations], anyone have a DD EX and/or DTS ES (matrix and/or discrete) setup back in the day?

Nice one...

From what I remember, some Star Wars DVD's were encoded with Dolby Digital EX. I've even found Dolby Digital EX embedded within a few Dolby TrueHD streams.

I don't remember having any movie DVD's with DTS-ES audio but I do have a couple of DTS CD's that include the odd DTS-ES track, such as Don Henley's, The End Of The Innocence (track 1)...

EDIT: I managed to find a copy of the DVD on eBay for £4.39 including postage ;)
