That was good, thanks. He must be sick of everyone asking him about that album.

Impressive body of work though! I never knew he did "air that I breathe". And it's a shame he doesn't get paid out for live sports events that use his music.

As a huge Alan Parsons & Pink Floyd fan I cant say how much I enjoyed this Rick Beato interview.
Alan spends a lot of time discussing the recording of Dark Side, some Beatles, and much more. A full hour long and full of interesting details to learn. IMHO a can't-miss bit of music history.

I also am a big Alan Parsons fan. I thought the interview was great. What an under rated Talent !! He has done it all at the very top level in the music industry. I still loved hearing all his answers because I have not read or seen his past interviews.
Thanks to Rick Beato. As a recovered Audiophile, I think Parsons engineering and producing has given us some of the best sounding recording in music history !! Thank you Alan :) I really wish I did not have to buy the new huge Box Set in order to get Alan's ATMOS & Quad mixes. Anybody have any disc based alternatives (not streaming) ?

Thanks to Rick Beato. As a recovered Audiophile,
Beato has really gained wide respect from the elite members of todays recording engineers and artists. Great news for us poor-folk looking to learn something without the big costs of individual training from a local trainer.
I'm no musician by any stretch of the imagination, I can make a little noise banging away on the keys of a Roland Go88 after 3 years of on-line training. I've not yet learned much, transferring 3 years of learning from on-line training course at ;

This isn't an objective type training course, there are a number of them found around the web.
I know as tried a few and this was the best of a few I tried. At a low cost around $300 for lifetime access to his training material IMHO you can't go wrong. Good stuff there. He also uploads a bunch of free training on utoob.

Back to Beato, thanks Rick for letting us get this close to one of the legends that have been around just about forever..
Love It. Sal

Eagerly waited for this interview and kept checking Beato's channel every day. Beato also had a heart procedure and took time to post this. But I am glad he had a successful procedure!
