I have an extra copy of this title, it is sealed, but it did arrive to me with a tear in the shrink-wrap on the front. I'm annoyed by that, so I'm going to sell it. The box itself is perfect. The hype sticker on the front is not impacted from the tear in the "plastic wrap".
