I just received this NEW BLU RAY Marillion
I have not watched/listened or ripped it yet.
I noticed in the inside space for booklet liner notes, there was none.
Does anyone have a copy of this yet?

Did you buy from Racket Records (so the Marillion shop) or from another retailer? There are two versions of this release. The first version is the one that Racket Records has been selling for quite some time now already - but is only available through their shop (the link you used above). I have that one and mine does indeed have a booklet.
A second version has been announced very recently by Ear Music and that might be the one that you bought. ALthough that one is not supposed to be out yet... Long story short: the retail version might not have the booklet that the Racket version has.
If you have the Racket version: I would simply e-mail their customer service and ask them to send you the booklet. Saves all parties involved a lot of money. And their customer service is excellent.

Oh that's a bummer... I understand that their Facebook accounts were hacked last week so maybe they were busy sorting that out. They are very much a cottage industry but (in my experience) always keen to solve problems.
But obviously it's the contents of the disc that count. Do you like it? I don't think that there are that much other bands that have released so many live films as Marillion and most of them are excellent, although I admit that, after being an avid fan for over 30 years, a certain point of saturation has been reached and new releases will be played a couple of times before being filed.
That said: I find that I return to this blu ray a lot:

It's a 'best of' the MW releases and has a couple of rarities on it. And it's dead cheap.

I have this - got it awhile ago thru their fan website. I thought it was superb !!!

I watched the first night today, it was good. Liked the little nod to Led Zep at the end

I'd give them some grace right now. As @JoshBasswood indicated, they are small, independent shop.
The booking window for their self-promoted & produced Marillion Weekends has just opened. Wildly popular for several decades, the band selects a few global locations to set up a set of multiple night shows. Typically, these have involved one night showcasing a specific album and the next an alternate set of tracks. It is offered as a package in most of the cites: Accommodations & Tickets. A few locations like Montreal are only the shows but again booked through them and not a ticketing site.

They sell out fast and are probably 100% focused on getting those bookings done right.

I am sure given patience, they will fix any issue. Been a fan since 1983 and they have always been respectful to the fans.
But yeah - maybe they should have turned on the Out-Of-Office with a message.

I have the Ear Music version bought at my record shop, I have the booklet but not the 50 minutes extras as seen on the Marillion web store. Michael Hunter's mix is quite good but the main highlight is the spectacular visual content.

Just a heads-up that the follow up to this release is now available from Marillion's Racket Shop. It's called The Remains of the Weekend and contains, well, the stuff from the weekend that had not been released so far.
There's a Mike Hunter 5.1 mix for all the tracks.
