Downloaded both this morning, no issues.
MMH shows as 9.0.0 Beta 4.
With Beta 4 Media File Manager, I am seeing an unhandled exception error when scanning music video source to create Media File List?
I also note that compared with previous beta 3 when scan is being performed and list is gradually being populated alphabetically, that Björk folder appears to be being skipped, each time scan is performed. (Scan gets to approx 88% complete before unhandled exception error occurs)

This issue should be solved, with a later MMH 9 beta 4 upload I did, wrong version of my TagLib library was included in the installer.
I will fix this one, it fails when attempting to grab the albums Year from its folder name. In your screen shot the current album is shown at bottom. It’s processing in folder name sort order. Can post the full path for that and the following couple (it’s processing multiples)
I can fix without this info as currently I’m not handling the error so it’s crashing the app. But interested to see what’s in the folder name that’s the root cause.

@HomerJAU The 2 above issues I reported are fixed in beta 4a and Björk is appearing in Media File List again now 
Björk was only Album/Artist missing in the Media List being created, when I was receiving the unhandled exception error?
Path = Music Videos\Björk\Björk - MTV Unplugged & Live
I however noted a strange character appearing in the Tag & Rename Media Files -> Open Files option, during the selection of folder from which to select files to be processed. Folder should have been read as Björk - MTV Unplugged & Live but for some reason particular MMH window is seeing the - Character as something else?
As a hunch I went and manually removed/replaced the - character in the folder name and now I am NOT seeing the unusual character when opening the folder and the Björk Album Name is now correctly appearing in the Media File List but Albums Year is not appearing. (Ref my post in your other thread )

I will check .cue and .nfo files to observe if any strange characters were/are contained within their structure using Notepad++

Is mka+cue still the only way to go for Kodi 21? I followed your discussion on Kodi's github but backporting was excluded?

Kodi 21.2 has some MKA support to allow users to drop cue files. Enough tags to get the album and tracks into the Kodi music library, but some tags will be missing: Genre, Year you won’t see in 21.2 UI and no MusicBrainz tags.
However, when v22 is released, or if you use a v22 nightly alpha build, will get those missing tags in Kodi if you force a rescan on tagged MKA files.
The problem with tagging now and using a cue is Kodi won’t load a cue + MKA if the MKA has chapters. Remove the chapters, all the track tags are removed.
So I would not use cues now at all. Tag the new mka you have and live with missing tags until use v22

This code was written to support untagged files, there's many around that just don’t bother. So part of that code looks for a Year in the folder name, it always looks for it. I should probably only look if MMH can’t get it from a tag, but it’s done on the initial sub-folder analysis.
The error is very common, a developer assumes that bit of code will never fail, when it does BUG, crash.
The fix was to properly handle the ‘unexpected’.
MMH should be able handle ‘strange characters’ including diacritics, it would have been good to get the text string and see why that caused an issue. If you have a backup of that folder name, please copy and paste for me please.

Thanks for all the answers. Unfortunately, regarding the above, I use the genre tag to have 4.0/5.1 and Atmos widgets to access only those directly (as opposed to stereo material). So not doable for me at the moment.
There's also doubt lingering on whether there will be 22 builds available for Ugoos, still supporting Dolby Vision FEL (not of wide interest here, probably, but of interest to me). So I need to hedge my bets...

That’s an easy fix: Keep your Ugoos for Movies (Dovi) and grab a QQ Soecial Edition NUC!!
The NUC is way faster (navigation) than the Ugoos and support a 4K UI.
Regarding strange character occuring in folder name, checking a backup of the folders name text using Notepad++ with "show all characters option" switched on it seems that I had somehow included a hidden LRM character. (non-displayable control character that displays the needed text in the correct left-to-right direction)
