I love Pete Namlook’s work.

I know it's a long shot, but I’m looking to trade my Fax CDs for your Namlook DTS CDs. You keep the inserts and the CD. I only want the 5.1 DTS CD which you don’t need/want.

To be honest, my list has been trimmed down because I'm not to keen about some of them. I currently have 9 but I'm still missing 18. This will mean 27 out of about 35 so that's good enough for me.

Yes I agree it's kind of hit or miss. The Ambient gardener is worth completing. I don't care for a lot of the Move D partnership. Tetsu and Pete are magical.

Well I wouldn't say hit or miss because Pete and his collaborators have always produced quality work. The music touches so many different genres from one release to the next that I find it logical that some of it may not please me. I still recognize that it's been well done but it just doesn't talk to me. Electronik I & II and Outland V come to mind.

I can see where you're coming from with his work with Move D but in my case, I like about half of what they produced. Considering that they've been quite prolific, that still leaves me with many a great album to enjoy. Two of their albums, Taygete and Dawning of a New Decade are really over the top. They feature slowed down dialogue from the classic Gerry Anderson TV series Space 1999 and U.F.O. over some spacey noises and clicks and thick laters of ambient synth patches. I really love those a lot.

You are quite right about his work with Tetsu. Love it! I also love the five Labyrinth discs he's done with Montana.

I'll probably get The Ambient Gardener at the end because they are the most expensive ones. What I like about that series is that it allows us to get 5.1 mixes for many tracks taken from albums that did not get a 5.1 mix.

What is absolutely amazing about these albums is that they offer between 50 and 70 minutes of music. Brilliant!
