I'm after quad 'Back To Front' but can't find any reviews to say good / bad. Any ideas ? ( I love the Stereo LP that I have.... )

There's no reason to think the mix isn't at least decent. Overall, the London family of labels in quad that I've heard are very good in mix and fidelity, if not excellent. Like many other labels, I wish they'd put out vinyl or more reels over Q8, but that's what they thought would sell, fidelity be damned. I'd like to hear the O'Sullivans in quad, since I didn't buy them back in the day, never a fan of his.

I wasn't interested in his stuff back then either and thought Ampex was nuts even releasing the tapes, but I took a chance on a used quad reel several years ago and was surprised by how good the music is.
