It was advertised as such. I would ask for a refund.

FYI, Amazon did refund my money, but this is not the outcome I'd hoped for. The customer support agent did say they'd inform the appropriate team, so I suppose there's still a chance that they'll stream the Atmos mix eventually.

I got my Blu-ray+DVD delivered today. My hope was that this one contains also the Atmos Mix as with the much more expensive 4K Blu-ray special edition.
Unfortunately it's only the 5.1 Mix and no Atmos!!
Am I willing to buy the 4K edition then?? No way!!!!
I also have the Blu-ray Pure Audio Atmos version, that's enough!!
