Hotguy: Not sure what 'cutlline' you mean... Nephim: Drill press for the bolts, and couplers. Then tapped the couplers.

Right now I'm in the process of building a pretty fantastic subwoofer for under $50. After I finish that I'll look into revising this design for better sound and more accurate construction.

I messed with this stuff 35 years ago on a similar scale. It was one of the best times of my life in audio experimentation. Your efforts look truly amazing and I would love to be able to audition what is pictured.

Keep having fun with this hobby. Isn't this what we are all in it for?.
