Considering my system is STILL 100% analog cause of better sound than digital (CJ MET1 preamp fed by Oppo 205 and Exasound E28 DAC), I know a thing or two about those cables. Here's what I use all the way around in my system and they sound excellent, with great detail.

Back in the day I compared them to a few big-boy options (Synergistic Research & Kimber among others) and there was none better that I found. Not bundled together per se but they are color-coded to be used in a six-channel application. Very reasonable asking price for 6 very high quality cables-- just choose the shortest length you can get by with.

I've used Canare cable for years to make up my own interconnects!

Those look fine but it is too bad that they don't offer a shrink-tube option for neatness.

I have no idea what I would be doing with making my own ICs, so I'll gladly let someone else do it for me :)

He may have that option available--very accessible via email. I use them on my cap-upgraded CJ MET1 and my equally audiophile friend uses them on "that" AR MP1 (both quite high-end) and we are still quite pleased. Both have small enough rooms we have no need for more than 5.1 channels--14.1 (or whatever the current) is way overkill.

I converted all my DVD-Audio (bought *all* the best at the time) to ISOs to now play off my Oppo 205--which matches channels perfectly.

Long live analog :)

I bought a snake with 8 RCA cables about 20 years ago.

I got them from a studio supplies catalog.

They offered RCA to RCA, RCA to 1/4", 1/4" to 1/4", 1/4" to XLR, and XLR to XLR in 8-signal cables.

these are uk based and make all sorts of custom interconnects

Im sure that theres businesses near you that offer similar services. Ask local recording studios or sound reinforcement companies who makes their cables for them - or they may be able/willing to custom build them for you themselves
