I happened to watch the 4K version of MwtGG on a 4K TV last week (Prime streaming), when Nick Nack is in a control room (seemingly filled with Sony equipment), it looks like a Sony SQ full logic decoder (SQD-2000 series) in with all the Sony equip.
BTW - I had wondered, since I first heard the MwtGG song on the MoL album, if the song was written for the movie (found out about 10 years ago that it was).
Anyone identified which Sony SQ full logic decoder this is?
