Alan Parsons Project "Pyramid" super-deluxe box set (Atmos & 5.1 BluRay) Aug. 24, 2024

Received my copy yesterday and was able to give the Atmos mix a single listen. I love the way it really announces itself with dramatic use of the overhead speakers at the beginning of Voyager. Height and surround channels are used extensively throughout the album providing a very immersive experience. Although not the best (or my favorite) APP album, other than a couple of tracks I'm inclined to skip (One More River, Pyramania) Pyramid is an overall enjoyable listen and certainly worth owning in this deluxe edition. Looking forward to the rest of the catalog reissues, now in Atmos. Getting I, Robot remixed in Atmos instead of just 5.1 makes the wait for it more bearable.

I ordered mine many months back from Amazon & did finally get it the other day.
Also, I did receive a notice it was shipping but many times Amazon sends no notice for pre-ordered items.
Hold tight, it will get there!

I pre-ordered mine in November. Today I got three emails regarding the order. One saying it was delayed again, one saying the price dropped by 7 cents, and the third saying it shipped, and I’ll get it Monday.

That’s like Minnie Mouse having an affair.

Don't know if it's been resolved but Amazon workers/drivers are supposedly on strike along with the Teamsters Union!

Package tracking shows that it has shipped. But I'll have more confidence on Monday.

Mine arrived here in Arizona from Importscd several days ago! I ordered it maybe a month ago or so. Glad I cancelled my prior order from Amazon once I saw Importcds finally had it listed .

I pre-ordered on Amazon on Oct 20th. I called customer support yesterday because my shipping status had been delayed twice and they had rescheduled my delivery for Dec 21st. I was told that when I pre-ordered they only had 10 available for pre-order and I had pre-ordered after the first 10. Also, it was not certain if they would be getting more stock. I was a bit miffed. The shipping status was updated again with no scheduled delivery. MovieMars had 1 in stock so I placed an order with them but at 10 dollars more than what I had paid. Amazon gave me a $15 courtesy credit. That didn't make me any happier! Hopefully this 2nd order will arrive the 1st week I f January because this title is on backorder everywhere I checked.
