I also liked DC5...Dave Clark wasn't just a talented artist.....he was a smart businessman....he owned all the rights to DC5's music from day one...very few back then were smart enough to do that..he was also a successful TV producer..

I’ve always like this band. Their brand new album (released yesterday) is very good and is a cross between Hard Rock, Blues and Pop. I like it much better than their last album which took me quite a few listens to get into. Or, maybe I just got ‘used’ to it.



Their latest drummer is a great fit for their music and the lead guitarist isn’t too shabby either.

Thanks for your recommendation, I just purchased the CD. This Collective Soul Live CD from 2017 is outstanding.

Just be aware that there’s 10 songs but, by today’s standards, it’s a short album at 34 minutes. Their last album that I’m listing to now, See What You Started By Continuing, clocks in a bit better at 38 minutes, closer to the norm.
