I won! I had just read Sonic's post and then checked the auction site. The bidding was near ¥50,000. My limit was ¥50,000 you have to make a deposit of your full bid before you can place it. The auction showed 2 minutes and some seconds remaining. I walked away and when I returned it was back up to 4 minutes and some seconds. One of the odd features of Jauce auctions is that if a bid is placed in the last five minutes the clock gets reset for another five minutes. That happened a second time. The bidding was so close to my maximum that I didn't expect to win. To put things into perspective ¥50,000 is about $455 CAD or $327 USD.

Now I'm waiting for the updated total.

Congratulations Ken!! This must be the only matrix decoder you don't have. The QS-D1000 is a class act I think you will love it.

Hi. par4ken

I am happy for you in winning this item, I inform members here at. QQ as much as possible of items from ...JAUCE Auction... off classic gear that have a fair starting price hoping that someone goes for it and wins, here you have.

It reminds me of when I acquired my QS-D1000 I was like a kid at a candy shop...
