My favorite musical! I have the SQ & CD of the original cast, and a DVD-V documentary of the making of the album. I saw the recent revival with Raul Esparza twice at the Ethel Barrymore on Broadway and have a poster signed by the entire cast. I have a Blu-Ray and CD of that cast, as well.

Someone to sit in your chair and ruin your sleep...

Thanks for the post on the making of Company doc, Brian. As Brian's post indicated, this is a "making of" documentary, NOT the entire musical. I'd recommend this for anyone who is already familiar with this Sondheim jewel. In '01, I bought the doc DVD when it was released.

I have a T shirt that I bought in NY when I saw the Raul Esparza revival of Company. FF a few years to sometime/somewhere in Illinois. I was wearing the shirt. A 40-ish woman comments that she likes the shirt. Then, she comments that it would been nice if they had printed what Corporation it was advertising!?! One of my favorite expressions applies: "you can't make this stuff up!"

Add Kiss Me Kate. We saw the revival with Brian Stokes Mitchell around 2000 on Broadway-wonderful. Arena Stage in Washington DC did a great Anything Goes a few years ago. Can you tell I like Cole Porter?

Binged watched the entire second season of Netflix's amazing The Politician last night [til the wee hours] and I have seen and heard the future of Broadway: The incomparable Ben Platt. Could kick myself for NOT catching his Tony winning performance in DEAR EVAN HANSEN but in the final episode he played piano and sang CORNER OF THE SKY from Pippin and brought tears NOT only to my eyes but to co stars Judith Light and yes, The DIVINE MISS M, Bette Midler:
