The USPS is a real mess these days (and not just the holidays BTW), really slow as molasses with tons of errors from my personal experience, also

You can say what you want about Amazon ...but their delivery services are SPOT ON...and if you're a PRIME MEMBER .... FREE!

Well for me at least, Amazon is not perfect either, many delayed items (with tracking at least) but probably via third party sellers.

But Amazon's refunds and return policy are a snap! I can return any items for refund to a local Kohl's department store and almost receive instantaneous refunds!
