hey guys!!! was wondering what is your favorite application to use on your windows home theater? can be a media player encoder anythang!!!!! i wanna try to find new tools to help enhance my experince

JRiver 100%, been using it for close to 14 years.

Try Kodi and/or foobar. Both are free and quite well supported.

PowerDVD 23 mostly especially for anything Atmos. (.iso/.mkv/.m4a/.mp4)
PowerDVD 19 for UHD discs/.iso (I think after v20 will not play UHD)
JRiver usually for SACD .iso playback
Foobar for FLAC/DVD-A .iso playback, sometimes for SACD .iso
VLC (but seldom)

Ripping hardware:
WH16NS40 BD-RE optical drive with rolled back firmware (for UHD)
Verbatim (Pioneer clone) optical drive with upgraded firmware (for UHD)

Ripping software:
DVDFab
makeMKV
