How do I get streamed Atmos music to my multichannel setup?

Maybe it cheats somehow, but sounds good on my system!

I try this and it sounds good. Got the the immersive effect. However,
my TV show it is Stereo PCM signal ..but when I play through my Xiaomi TV stick, it play as Dolby Digital Plus. I think it's not true surround, or even Dolby Atmos. It's surround encoded in stereo virtual surround. Maybe someone with more tech background can explain this better.
