Stumbled upon this several-year-old interview with Darrell Thorp--not a name I was familiar with--who worked on Beck's Sea Change, Morning Phase, and Colors, Radiohead's Hail to the Thief, Jay-Z's Black Album, Outkast's Speakerboxx/The Love Below, and Air's Pocket Symphony, among other albums. He was an early and avid adopter of Atmos, mixing Foo Fighters' "The Sky Is a Neighborhood" as early as 2018. Wonder what he's done since then? (And wonder if he could maybe work on converting his old mentor Nigel Godrich?) Maybe @sjcorne could check-in with him. . . .
