Would be good fun to put this on, again.
And build anticipation for #37.
Yes excellent idea; I've had that in my crosshairs to revisit lately anyway.

I'll never forget the first time I heard 'What You Need' on the radio back in the day; it stopped me dead in my tracks, thinking "what the hell was that!" One of those songs that exploded out of the speakers and demanded attention (y)

and Big thanks again to Paul S. for keeping high quality physical media/music alive. šŸ¤—

This is huge great news for me. INXS is probably my #1 Pop/Rock band ever, I have all there music. Listen Like Thieves was the first CD I bought of them, love this release.
I remember that WNEW-FM in New York played them pretty early in their careerā€¦so early that the DJ pronounced the bandā€™s name as ā€œInk-Sisā€ šŸ™ƒ

Big INXS fan so will order.
I understand that the LLT video was inspired by John Carpenterā€™s Escape from New York. Someone made a mash up to put the band in the movie

Original LLT video

I dunno man. I still have the whole series, intact. :)
For those that have whole series, I have a little game. Maybe you can add something I missed?
1 Gilbert O'Sullivan #3 I would guess is the most expensive on the after market?
2. Only one has a tan top, can you guess which one?
3. Only two are wider by 1/4" does not line up with the others, why? Can you guess which ones?
4. Only one has a folded closed top, can you guess which one?
5. Only one has the SDE Records logo on spine, can you guess which one?
6. All of the info, bottom of cardboard spine are in Black and White except # ?

I have them all lined up on a shelf so I will refrain from cheating lol! But you've got my brain thinking....

I know #2 right off the bat is Brian Eno which was pretty early on in the series

A band I am entirely unfamiliar with. I'll have to listen to some stuff online to see if it's worth me getting #37, I'm still feeling stung from assuming any Pink Floyd would be good and buying Animals which is a waste of space to me.
It's a pass for me having listened to a few tracks. I need to become more critical of what I buy. The Who Who's Next is stunning, but I bought Hawkwind Space Ritual blu ray thinking I'd finally hear what all the fuss was about and on listening to it I feel robbed of both my time and money. I have no idea what the fuss was about, it does nothing for me. Hence the decision to listen before I buy these days.

Thatā€™s too bad.
Women love Michael Hutchence and Men wish they were him.
Go on You Tube and watch Live Baby Live at Wembly.

INXS is the band for SEX.

I'm in. Too bad I wasn't willing to commit to the bundle because I am more interested in this than the Roxy Music album. I never was much of a gambler and given the track record of the SDE exclusives I couldn't take the chance. More of them are miss than hit for me so I am glad I decided not to be a complete-ist early on.
So I'm buying them individually (Doh!!).

Excellent. Ordered, missed the SDE 36+37 bundle, so bought them both anyway. Delighted about INXS, saw them tour this album at the old Sydney Entertainment Centre, supported by Shriekback in 1986.

I'm happy to see that things have been patched up between INXS and Paul after the Greatest Hits was pulled at the last minute early on in the SDE Blu-Ray series. FUBAR puts it mildly. I was really looking forward to that release.

Now I hope Shabooh Shabah and the rest [Besides Kick] will be released going forward.
Shabooh and The Swing please!

Excellent album and ordered - only my fourth SDE due to the extreme cost to get the releases to Australia but I have a complete set of INXS albums. I was not taken by the Kick atmos and the Live Baby Live bluray atmos was a disappointment. But it's a collection...

Now SDE... since we've had two Aus/NZ acts so far... would love some Midnight Oil, Hunters and Collectors, Not Drowning Waving, Weddings Parties Anything, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Redgum, Go Betweens, Triffids, Cold Chisel, Paul Kelly...
