Price of the SACD is astronomical. Cheapest I've seen was an eBay auction for $165 USD.
I am quite satisfied with the DVD (for now)
Anyone compared them...how much better is the SACD?
I found the channels quite discreet for a live release.
My only issue is the excessive low bass. My system is set up so the subwoofers are at 0db for most music. I had to set them at -6db for this one.
Anyone else?
I have no problem with the bass on this music, in fact I quite enjoy it :SB. It just kicks ass. But then it is very rare that I ever have complaints about anything having too much bass .

I finally got hold of the SACD (German) version.
I've compared it to the DVD. The DVD is so good it's close. To my ears the DVD bass is a little "flabby"
The bass on the SACD is tight. The highs on the SACD a little more defined.
I'm giving this one a 9 just like I did with 3D.
3D Atmos has a more complex mix.
To me Minimum Maximum has more air + the energy of a live performance.
The SACD is altogether fantastic and in my top 10.
Got outbid a few months ago on a used one. Ended up getting a brand new one for less.
