Diana Krall - Wallflower
Seems crazy but I didn’t realize this was a covers albums.
That’s fine but certainly wouldn’t call it jazz, though I suppose many of her other later albums weren’t either. Don’t really like orchestrated ballads, I actually like the tracks with canned percussion better.
But, the sound is grainy enough that I almost wonder if it’s defective, or just bad mastering.

I was lucky enough to get my mitts on this new release before Acoustic Sounds sold out. Been trying for ages to find a copy of the old Verve Jazz Samba SACD. Heavenly.
