I like the sound of it too. However, I did notice when I ripped the RBCD layer that there was some clipping. I'm not able to rip the SACD layer so I'm not sure if that was affected as well.
Interesting! Hopefully, I’ll never have to play the CD layer anyway. Though, I’d be curious if it affected the SACD layer too. There was only one part of one song where I heard anything that may resemble clipping.

And, the winner is...
...
If I had to pick a winner, it would be the SACD, followed by the Classic Records HDAD.
After reading your summary it occurred to me that I also have all three formats (in addition to a Japanese vinyl) pressing. I'll have to try my own shoot-out of the three digital versions. Thanks for posting your results. (y)

Just arrived from Elusive Disc, Gene ..... $29.95 w/ free s/h & NO SALES TAX ....... but had to spend over $99 to get the free s/h which is easy to do at Elusive Disc
So, I had preorder with ImportCD. The total was $36 and change. I go back to site today, and it's no longer in preorder mode......but in stock. And, it's $26. So, I cancel my original order and place new order for the cheaper price. haha.

For some strange reason, ImportCD always lists those MoFi Stereo SACDs as $39.95 ..... which they're NOT ...... and the Simon disc was $31 + change at ImportCD and when you factor in $2.99 s/h + sales tax .......over $38!

Nowadays, any place I order from charges me sales tax. Never used to be that way. This is one of the benefits of living in California.

MoFi, Acoustic Sounds and even Elusive Disc have a practice of OFFERING NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS on the LIST PRICES of a LOT of their ITEMS. So even when they have their 10/15% off sales, a LOT of items are exempt from the discount. I have NO idea why Elusive Disc didn't charge me sales tax [I live In New York State] but I consider that [normal] 8.375% tax savings a discount. Sad ... but true!

Just got new copy of this from ImportCD today. Sounds amazing....
