IMO, MIKE did a stellar recording/surround mixing job, Eric. Which is why we're all jonesing for a follow up!

I have no idea where any copies are, but a BD iso can be downloaded from surroundmusic.one.
Or an AVCHD, if all you want is the 5.1 mix and have a DVD burner.
(Or playing ISOs might be possible too.)
Maybe not a great solution for everyone, but maybe for some.

Finally found an inexpensive copy of this one off eBay from one of those second hand stores. Been looking for a couple years seems like?
Thanks to my good amigo in the Big Easy @kap'n krunch for enlightening me on her - she's got a large band with her here. Very good full immersive sound for live -LPCM 5.1 @ 48/24. Considered Latin Pop.

Very good atmospheric prog in a Blackfield vein featuring an excellent 5.1 mix by Bruce Soord. Don’t hesitate to purchase from the Fire Garden Bandcamp site if this might interest you!
