I didn´t discover Slowhand until after College...I mean I WAS AWARE of him but I didn´t "get him" until recently...
Now, Hendrix I heard when I was 12 and I KNEW it was great but I didn´t "get him" back then... It was when I had my first "Bicycle Ride"(the Albert H one) that I got him...

How do you do an Atmos upmix?

This is a feature on some AVR. DSU - It's an
immersive sound upmixer format
With 5.1 it adds the four height speakers.
With stereo sources it adds 7 channels.
I use it on almost everything I listen to.

Really enjoying this! I expected sad country songs for some reason, but it's actually got more of an upbeat, bluesy kind of vibe. The 5.1 mix has no shortage of discrete activity in the rear channels - rhythm guitars, fiddle, keyboards, backing vocals, etc. Great fidelity and very crankable mastering as well. Recommended!

@weekendtoy whoa, didn't know about this. How is the mix? Is it mostly strings in the rears?

The surround mix is very good on 'The Letting Go' album. Not aggressive, but fitting for the music. Lost of strings and backing female vocals in the rears.
