Played that too last nite. Excellent ATMOS remix. Didn't play the 'instrumental' tracks with the faulty drop out [?] but did play the almost 3 hour BONUS Stereo Tracks [48kHz/24b] which were uniformly excellent especially if you employ the DSP surround mode on your pre/pro!

Nice graphics on the screen as well!
So far really digging the mix on the 7.1 Atmos mix, very clean, punchy and crankable; with an emphasis on the main vocals and bass in the Center... works well for me!

Perhaps it's time to replay a lot of those earlier multi~CH SACDs and DVD~A discs and stop splurging on 'unknown' artists with surround remixes.

Last night I spun this early 00 SONY multi~CH beauty on my new system and it was a REVELATION. Literally blew away even a lot of current QUADIO and even ATMOS remixes

Actually I agree. I have about 700 multichannel discs, some still sealed, and hardly have time to enjoy them. But then, part of the enjoyment of this hobby is the hunt.

CANTO INTERNO [trptk Records/Multi~CH SACD 5.1/Recorded in DXD 352.8kHz/32 bit] A revelatory performance in extremely immersive 5.1 surround from three exceptionally gifted performers! In a WORD: TRANSCENDENT!

"The music—a grab bag from Bottesini, Koussevitzky, Schumann, and Franck—is mostly familiar and yet diverting and this may well be the most natural-sounding chamber music album I've ever heard. Superb."

It's @GOS disc night!

Blood Sweat & Tears self titled 4.0
Child is Father To The Man. 5.1
audio fidelity

Finally have these now thanks to Mr BF sale.

Both sound good. Back to back you can hear the stylistic differences with and without Kooper. He did a good job remixing the first one and separating out the instruments. But I also like the quad mix on the second album.
If he had stayed in the group maybe they would not have had the hit singles but it would have been more psychedelic music.
Bur no hits no sales maybe no more albums

You have to admit that by numbering, and limiting supply, Paul Sinclair is great at marketing. IMHO, not all of the SDE discs are my taste, but that said, per Discogs almost all of my SDE discs are worth more than what I originally paid (including shipping to the US). So I will stay on that bandwagon. As for Quadio, I have them all except for the last batch. The Quadio bundles have less than excited me as of late, so I figured that it is time to be selective with those.
If the Quadio series say ATMOS I am assuming that includes all 7.1 speakers. But if it says quad, does that leave out the center speaker? New to this game.
