Looking for 971H service manual and/or Schematics

Apart from my OPPO 105 and 981HD to play 5.1 BRs and SACDs, I have a good old 971HD for DVDs and CDs.
Before Oppo USA closed down I asked for a 971H service manual and/or Schematics buy they declined the request.
( they did offer a new user manual download, but this is useless for an electronic failure! )

Now a transistor or 2 has overheated and failed, so I need a Schematic to diagnose the fault: right now it accepts a disc for loading but does not complete to recognize it !?! Help please:

I am willing to beg, borrow, buy (or not steal) a 971H Schematic, if anyone can assist, please ...

The website is still active. Have they definitely stopped servicing? They had a flat rate deal for fixing any player, despite not manufacturing new products.
