Have NO idea but it would make for a great UHD4K transfer. Just checked worldwide releases on blu.ray.com and it's listed but without an actual release date and states Region B. Very strange

It says FRANCE as BD~V origin but with no release date it's probably still in limbo. Wonder if available on Amazon Prime video in 1080p. Will check out later.

Checked Amazon Prime ..... A No Go......shows availability on VHS, DVD and Laserdisc.......ONLY!

Surprised neither Arrow Films nor StudioCanal haven't released it or for that matter Criterion!

Harrison Ford only made a very brief appearance. The two leads were total unknowns and their acting was cited by critics as being rather amateurish but then again, they weren't supposed to be hollywood types .... just normal human beings in love! I loved the reality of their performances.

Methinks he was in the rioting scene at the University because the nudes in the desert were the Open Theater of Joe Chalkin ensemble!

BTW, MM....forgot that Zabriskie Point actor Mark Freschette was arrested and put in jail for a 1973 Boston bank robbery and died of an apparent suicide at age 27 in a Massachusetts Correctional facility.

Would love to see both of these films done in Blu-Ray or even better in 4K.....especially "Fantastic Voyage" for the special effects + Raquel Welsh HUBBA HUBBA HUBBA
