New Hi-Res Atmos Download: David Becker "Gravitationally Bound"

Out on Apple Music since 8/16, just published on IAA today. Mixed by Claus Trelby, who worked with Ken Caillat on the Fleetwood Mac 5.1's and Joni Mitchell Atmos mixes.

It's a demo-worthy Atmos mix with the various guitar parts separated out into different speakers. Additionally, Claus has created these dynamic slideshows for the MKV files showing planets, outer space, etc - so it's a full audio-visual experience.

Becker's Germerica was one of the earliest Silverline DVD-As (my research says it came out November, 2001) and the Gary Lux 5.1 mix seems to get good press around these parts. Nice to see he's still in the game, and all these 5.1 Entertainment guys getting together to do something new after all these years.

Just listened and watched this album! I am totally immersed and amazed! And the video is really excellent as well! This will be a great demo for my six-year-old grandson to learn about immersive music, especially since he’s so interested in the solar system!

I really must check this out. Astronomy is a huge hobby of mine, and I've always had a soft spot for guitar albums. Hope I like the music!

The music is what I would describe as out of this world jazzy! I betcha will luv it!
