I left this message at his web site, and got this response:
Question
Congrats on you surround sound award. The SFS DVD-A is truly a benchmark for all other DVD-A's to be judged. Can you tell us if the "Deja Vu" DVD-A is nearing completion, or of any other surround projects you are working on? How about a DVD-A of your recent solo tour! That would be a keeper!

Response from Graham
GN: Songs for Beginners is coming out soon. The Deja Vu project is still in its infancy.....the last tour of mine will be out in DVD-A later this year.
Best,
Graham
COOL!!!!
A while later I left a message on his web page that I thought he had ignored. I was actually trying to get him to let us know about the CSN&Y projects that had been announced on DVD-A. Suddenly, today, I got an actual email from the man himself! Can you believe that?
Not that there is anything important in the message, I just thought it was pretty cool that he responded....
I think that DVD-A is a fine technology... it's probably
the only method out right now that reproduces high-res
audio AND it's compatible with every DVD player out there..
I'm sure that the technology will get better... that's the
nature of the beast....and as far as CSN is concerned we
three still grateful that we are A. Alive and B. still
kicking ass... nothing is perfect but....
Best,
Graham
