Problems playing Bryan Adams "Reckless" 5.1 Blu Ray

I just got this disc for what I thought was a good price & it won't play on either of my blu ray players. Has anyone else had problems with this disc ? Maybe I just got a bad one (maybe that's why the price was good !!)

There are two releases of Reckless - one has a silver label and the other has a gold label. It has been noted before by several members here that the silver label disc often fails to play.

I'm seeing three versions on discogs; not sure which one I have, I believe it's the High Fidelity Pure Audio – (second one below - does that have the gold label ?) Mine's been ripped and put away a long time ago, so need to see the disc. Might want to check your discs for darkened coloration, as it could be from the same EU pressing plant with other disc-rot issues. Haven't heard any reports yet of the Japanese BD's (last one below) having that issue.

You are lucky. I have one I can no longer play. And... I am mad at myself for not ripping it before it rotted. Bah!

My first one never loaded. I ordered another one and it plays perfectly, so there was a batch that were faulty.
