I’m trying to purchase Batch #7 at the Rhino Store now. It says “Purchase $20.02 or more and receive Free Shipping”.

But when I go to check out, it still charges me $11.99 for shipping and handling. Am I doing anything wrong?

I think it means you need to purchase $20.02 MORE to get the free shipping. Usually the cutoff for free shipping is $100. They sometimes lower it to $50 during special sales

You can imagine my excitement when I opened the (surprisingly large) package to find this:

No doubt Rhino Customer Service will sort me out, but I'd love to know how mistakes like this happen

I don't think so - I haven't opened it - but there's no hype sticker suggesting photos/coloured vinyl.
