I can't really tell where the error is in what you pasted, but if it's the "attempting to cd" thing, that is normal (A "feature" I will try to remember to correct in the next version).

No.
The error is :
Stereo File Prep
Impossible de trouver C:\Users\p4\AppData\Local\Temp\libSoX.tmp.*
(Impossible to find C:\Users\p4\AppData\Local\Temp\libSoX.tmp.*

OK, there are a couple of box in the sox resampler, and the (windows) code isn't being maintained, but it's the resampler I prefer to use for quality reasons. 1) it ignores instructions to put its temporary files where you tell it to and 2) It doesn't delete its temporary files when its done. The result is that your disk slowly filles up with these files, so specscript deletes them itself.

Please take a look in C:\Users\p4\AppData\Local\Temp and see if you can identify sox temp files, Perhaps, in French, they are named differently, or perhaps, in French, %temp% points somewhere else? You can open a file explorer, and type %temp% in the address bar, and let me know the results.

In any case, this does not affect the upmix results, just potentially leaves behind some files that you would eventually have to clean up with (these days) Settings --> Storage --> Temporary Files.

Thanks Glenn for the reply.

%temp% points to C:\Users\p4\AppData\Local\Temp and there is no sox temp files in C:\Users\p4\AppData\Local\Temp
