Not sure what's up with that? I thought this was all about a bill in California to raise the speed limit on a new highway?

It's no problem Jon...I don't think Brian liked it being about California...it's OK that way....wasn't a serious thread anyway...but I liked your response...some of the cars I see on the road look like they are on the brink of falling apart...the thought of them going at high speeds isn't something I'd like to be around...

We have no speed limits here in Germany but so many routes are „under construction“ that it is no fun to drive. It seems that they put all the money in.
And we have discussions for years about speed limits because it is much more stress-free to drive.
I would appreciate a speed limit of 80-90 in daytime and no limits in the night.
