Okay; I've finally begun checking out the AirPods Pros I've had sitting in a box for several months, and they're making a difference, especially with "head tracking" turned on. (Although the head tracking effects are more dramatic, I find, when I'm actually, uh, moving my head--like, deliberately moving my head, or rotating my body, or meandering around the room, or whatever. Haven't yet tried them on a bike, or in a box, or with a fox.)
Listening to Apple Spatial Audio with them isn't as dramatic as listening on the MacBook Pro's speakers, which are truly whiz-bang and can make it sound like things are coming from above, below, and behind you. But listening to Amazon 360 RA with them is a better experience than listening on other cans or earbuds, for sure.
