I received the Ferry Corsten - Blueprint Blu-ray. All stereo, 5.1 and Auro-3D tracks include the voiceovers. I imported the 5.1 mixes into an audio editing program and removed the first 15-60 seconds of monologue per track, and then exported them to FLAC.
