No cats here. I'm very allergic to them unfortunately. When I get cat hairs in my eyes or nose my head will look like Arnolds head at the end of Total Recall. Will wind up in the hospital for sure.

I sadly don't have any pets, but I do get wildlife in my garden, ****** badgers, pheasants, foxes, plus loads of birds fly in onto the bird-feeder, and some wood and field mice live under the patio by the bird-feeder. Unfortunately before I went to the USA and I had knocked a bag with some chocolate biscuits into a corner and didn't move it, and those critters got in and ate them by getting past a central heating pipe coming through the floorboards - the hole is now blocked with expanding foam!

I've always been partial to hound dog breeds myself.

I have to agree with what someone posted; that felines outnumber canines as the preferred companion for surround fans.
