The Atmos does sound good, although the stereo and 5.1 is mastered loud like the CD.
I don't agree.
Atmos: Official DR value: DR17
5.1: Official DR value: DR14
2.0: Official DR value: DR11

It's not a loud master at all. If you spread out the sounds to more channels, I expect that DR gets a higher value (more DR).
Just to compare: PG's - I/O in 2.0 is a loud master (DR6 or so)!

The 5.1 mix is good.
And the Atmos mix is spectacular. Reference in sound quality and mix.

Yer not welcome 'round dese parts, pardner...
Haha 😄
I’m anomaly around here for sure.
Though I have a 5.1 system in addition to my main 2.0 rig it’s rarely available without kicking my wife out of her easy chair as she watches American Idol or Dancing With the Stars in the TV room.

Well I suppose, RANG, if you didn't offer her those concessions she'd be watching THE BACHELOR, instead .... YOU!

For real though, hope you enjoy your music when you hear it, regardless of the format! 👍

Got my copy from JPC.de yesterday and had time to give the Atmos mix one thorough listen. Just like Point and Resonance, this is another reference quality, demo Atmos mix. Overheads and rears are constantly engaged from beginning to end. Instead of a relentless series of frantic synth-pop dance tunes, this one alternates the club mixes with chill ambient and slow jazz numbers often featuring some gorgeous female vocals. While not quite as fun or as consistent as Point was musically, each track is pure ear candy. And if you have subwoofers that can dig deep, this will not disappoint. Will give the other mixes a listen later today. I really hope they continue with this Atmos reissue campaign - would like to hear what some of their earlier more experimental 80's releases would sound like.

Really enjoying the Heidi Happy tunes, her sultry voice (timbre etc.) reminds me a little bit of Billie Eilish.

* I'm wondering why they left off the earlier Bonus Tracks on this one?
