QL, would love to know your impression of S & G's BOOKENDS Stereo SACD remaster?
Just listened #0095 (lowest number on anything I’ve bought) not that it means anything. Anyway I was very impressed with the Bookends. Heard things never heard before, clean, crisp, and strong. The conversations of the old people never have been more clear.

Great! Best version yet.
More dynamic/wide open than Old Friends box.
A bit less bass than MoFi Gold CD on "Save the Life"

ANY S&G CD pressed before 1998 is a copy, a few generations removed from master.
