Please post your thoughts on this brand new album from Steven Wilson entitled "The Overview".
The album consists of two side-long pieces of music, "Objects Outlive Us" and "The Overview".
The Blu-Ray contains 6 audio streams of the album:

• high-res stereo
• 5.1 surround
• Dolby Atmos
• high-res instrumental stereo
• instrumental 5.1 surround
• instrumental Dolby Atmos

The deluxe edition also features high-res stereo of the Alterview bonus material plus additional 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos mixes of Orchestral Objects

Great sound and mix. Unmemorable music.

I find I like the second half more at this point; that may change. It's all growing on me so my vote may change at some point.
Haven't as yet had time to listen to the instrumental version.

Right now I'm going with a very solid 8.
