Placed an order with JPC.de ($38 shipped to US). Having heard the Atmos mix on Tidal, I'm excited.
This is reference quality use of height speakers, and lots of fun musically.

Received mine today from JPC.de. The Atmos mix is top-notch with all speakers in use. I did have to crank the volume a fair bit. The music has a bit of a cold feel (even more than your usual electronic album) to me. Definitely make sure that you are into the music before you purchase. If you want a great, active Atmos mix, this one qualifies.

If you don't mind me asking. How long did it take to get to you? I ordered mine 12/18 and jpg.de is thinking things are just bogged down coming into the US right now, the last tracking update was 12/23, it was in Frankfurt, handed off to their US shipping counterpart.
I keep hearing great reviews on the mix of this one.

It looks like 16 days from shipping notice email to arrival. I don't believe I paid for any special shipping.

A minor thing - could people please check their copies - the official site Yello - Point (Ltd. Dolby Atmos Edition) - Pure Audio Recordings and the inlay card for the disk says the Stereo stream should be 2.0 LPCM Stereo 24bit / 96kHz but the actual stream on the disc itself and on the disc menu says it's 2.0 LPCM Stereo 24bit / 48kHz. An oversight?

I certainly hope they get around to doing the album 'ONE SECOND'; I made a personal 5.1 Up-mix of that one and it's amazing IMO!

and for goodness sake, get it out on a physical disc!

Those Yello albums are holy grails for me. One Second for sure, same goes for Flag and Baby. Imagine the 13-minute extended "The Race" in Atmos. Or "On the Run" from the Baby album. It would be absolutely insane.

I about fell out of my chair last month when I first read that interview.
Jim Austin must have been on vacation or something to let such positive comments be made about Atmos in "Phile". Of course it was printed way in the back of the mag. LOL
For me I found Yello's - Point one of the most exciting and interesting surround albums so far this decade.
I very much look forward to the remixes that Mr Blank has promised for the future.
I've never been much of a electropop fan but when the mixes are done this well you just have to enjoy listening to them, JMHO.
