Ok, getting hang of it. If my tagging is sloppy then the MMH library is sloppy.
I want to start over.
How do I delete all or a single line.
I stopped processing at 288 files, now want to start over.
I basically have three folders in my NAS.
An Atmos Folder, and MQA Folder and then all the rest.
I think I would like to try copying them over one folder at a time rather than the entire NAS.
I simply deleted the 3 db files in the MMH app data folder.

Re running ‘Scan’ deletes all data and starts again from whatever your Source folders are. You can add all three of your folders as 3 separate Music Sources. MMH will scan them all at same time.

I will hold off on using Mp3tag. That would be great.

I’ll add a new Preference to ‘Extract Embedded Cover Art to a jpg file if Cover file does not exist ‘

EDIT: I added a new option to MMH’s ‘Audio Batch Tools’ in its ‘Check Cover Art…’ to extract cover art from embedded media if cover art file does not exist. If you run that on a Source folder it will recursively find all albums without a cover jpg and attempt to extract the cover to a ‘folder.jpg’ file. Then running the new Music Scan will fetch the cover art from the updated album folders.

You can add more than one Source folder to the Sources.

I haven’t got the Advanced Report working with filters yet. If I do that Yiu can then apply the filter.(Stereo) to the grid then do a Stereo report.
That would certainly be a step forward if multiple libraries aren't an option.

folder.jpg format would be my preference rather than cover.jpg or front cover.jpg. It seems more universal as someone who usually uses Windows.

Having thought about the missing cover art and extracting from embedded art. I think I'll add that to the Audio Batch tool. It already has an option to look for Album art (files or Embedded). Best to go there.

I'll do that today.

An updated beta 3 just uploaded that has this change from Bet 2 earlier:

Batch Audio tools: When running option 'Check Cover Art...' a new sub-option added to extract embedded art to 'folder.jpg' file if a cover art file does not exist. @himey

Other observations, when you remove a music source it shows back up after deletion on restart.

DR on the Advanced Report becomes redundant because there is already a fixed DR. It shows as DR DR12 for example.

If you remove all the sources, then re-add, I haven't seen the issue I saw when I just removed sources.

A new Beta 4 version just uploaded (same link as previous, this fixes a few things reported here and has updated reports for Music and Music Videos:

Grid widths fixed from Tracks (No. of Tracks).
DR displayed correctly in Music new report

CUE file tracks shown without the source media file name (just the track name now) - See Creedence at bottom of this Concert/Music Video Report, but now same for Music (Audio) CUE files.
