I used to work at Sony & managed to get + still have 4 Sony 3D sets that work fine. I have only watched 3 movies in 3D & really enjoyed the effects. If not too much trouble, what 3D movies do you have?

I haven't looked at the database in ages, but this is what I input on Bluray.com way back when. I'm sure there are a handful more that got lost in the shuffle. LOL!

BTW, T.S. Spivet is an utterly fabulous 3D movie. I think it boasts the best eye-popping 3D of anything in my collection.

BTW, T.S. Spivet is an utterly fabulous 3D movie. I think it boasts the best eye-popping 3D of anything in my collection.

Thanks for the heads~up on the 3D/BD~V edition of T S Spivet. AmazonUS has it in stock ...ordered. Amazing that the major studios are still releasing REAL 3D titles to the theaters but the hardware/software manufacturers continue to IGNORE IT!

The Young And Prodigious T.S. Spivet is a wonderful little film with indie and art house feelies. It was completely shot in and specifically for 3D and it’s a stunner. I have no doubt you will enjoy it. IMO, it belongs in every 3D aficionado’s collection.

BTW, R.I.P.D. in 3D is pretty amazing as it was shot in REAL 3D .... In 2D, not so much.

And, Helena Bonham Carter steals every scene she's in, too. Like I say, it's a terrific movie. And, to his great credit, Jean-Pierre Jeunet (director), refused to make make changes to the film requested by Weinstein Co. after they picked up distribution which no doubt seriously hurt its domestic theatrical fortunes, but cemented it as the little classic it is regarded as today.
