He is 76 years old. That's a lot of years of wear and tear on his vocal chords.

I remember seeing Aerosmith playing clubs in Kenmore Square in Boston before they were famous nationally. Back in the summer of 1972 they were a very hot local Boston band about to break out. You just knew they were going to make it big. I think their 1st album came out late 72 or early 73.

Damm, that was over 50 years ago.
