Akai AM 2950 Face Plate

Good day...trying to locate a "Black" face plate for this unit if possible as the one I have looks as if it has some sort of adhesive on it...I have tried to remove it but not much success.....any help would be greatly appreciated......

to anybody who is interested...got that fixed up and now back to the owner...he is extremely happy with the sound of the unit compared to what it sounded like before...
