This is a very entertaining disc featuring instrumental covers of soul and jazz classics. The grooves are predominantly ‘old school’ but with a modern edge due to the use of programmed percussion. The mood stays pretty light and mid-tempo throughout - nothing too heavy or challenging making it ideal music for summer chillin'. :sun The surround mix is terrific and will not disappoint. 9
