I just noticed a couple of our members are from Evanston, IL. Evanston is a few miles north of Chicago along Lake Michigan.
Clement & Hwkn are both from Evanston...so that caught my eye...being a fellow Illinoisan.



And, of course, Northwestern University is home to Evanston as well.

That was the self titled album...I didn't hear the full album but what you might not know is that a song from that album...The Loner...had a good B side to it....Sugar Mountain...

The entire album, Clint, which IMO is absolutely brilliant is also available in hi res on Neil Young's brilliant 10 BD~A box set [which I've yet to get through].

Here is a little ditty that pre dates his debut album...it's not surround or hi rez...but it's a snapshot back in time...it was recorded days before his debut album...it's a DVD/CD mini set...it's only a couple of bucks...you should get one just for kicks...it's no sonic marvel but it is cool...

I have that album, Clint, and IMO, it should be in EVERY collection. Acoustic Neil at his absolute FINEST! The hi res Stereo DVD~A is one of those you are there experiences!
