I'm not one to talk (mostly), but just consider the side effect of exercising (=bicycling) you burn more calories and can eat more

I'd say it was poor but the you tube clip sounds good...if you want stellar sound...there are plenty of choices here

This was...back in the day...for EJ...hadn't became the mega star...but was right on the verge...it's from the Madman Across the Water album...it climbed to number 8 on the charts...but that next album...Honky Chateau...rocketed to the top of the charts and he was on his way to mega star status..
