At first, that's who I thought I was looking at. No offense.

Are you sure the title of this Thread isn't "ALL ABOUT ME"? :spot

Wow - I also just noticed some LP's on the bottom of cabinet...and that sure looks like one of those LP cleaners facing the other direction...wooden.....

I'm looking at classical surround titles and this one uses the capacity of blu ray audio nicely..147 minutes isn't shabby HERE
Haydn's (and Mozart's) music holds a special place in my heart. There is no Classical music that is more sunny and cheerful than Haydn's. His symphonies and quartets have never been surpassed (and only occasionally equaled) even by Mozart or Beethoven.

Last night I discovered I had lost my favorite rock documentary of all time on my HD-DVR...somehow it got erased..I recorded it in 2009 on the History Channel and I've never seen it offered since that time...I do see now there is a DVD of this show...no blu ray though...I might have to pick it up in case I can't find a re-broadcast of that show in HD..it really was good video quality.....well feeling down that I had lost that Beatle feature I decided to fall back on another HD DVR favorite...the Beatles 50 year celebration...can't believe it's been a year since that show...watching that show with Paul and Ringo and the various artists that did Beatle songs got me pumped up...especially the performance by Joe Walsh on my guitar gently weeps...whew...he was smoking..so I decided to do a lot of Beatle songs today..so now I am listening to the "blue album"..the compilation album from 1967-1970 on SHM-CD...what great songs..Hello Goodbye is such an under valued song...but on that first CD you have a "killers row" of mega hits right in a row...Strawberry Fields..Penny Lane..With a Little Help From My Friends...Lucy In The Sky..A Day In The Life..All You Need Is Love...I Am The Walrus...Hello Goodbye...The Fool On The Hill...Magical Mystery Tour..Lady Madonna..Hey Jude...Revolution...and that's only the first CD...gotta spend some quality time with some Beatles music...probably have to bust out the Love disc too...
That was pretty cool, especially at the end when Paul did "Sgt Pepper", then Ringo came out and sang "WALHFMF". Too bad they never did that 25 years ago. It would have been even sweeter. (I also liked the version of "Hey Bulldog" in that special. I love to hear their songs that were not that over-saturated played from time to time. And some people actually complained that Hey Bulldog was played, as they didn't know the tune!)
I've gained a lot more respect for Dave Grohl over the last few years...got to know more about him on the Sound City piece and interviews on music shows...and he might not be the best drummer around...but NOBODY attacks a drum set like he does...he's come a long way since Nirvana
