I don't see it (Binural) on Tidal in US.

Not all of them were originally on Tidal. AM was first on many.

I believe “Gigaton” was the only Atmos (Spatial Audio) exclusive. Other albums (“Ten” and “No Code”) followed, but appeared in 360RA format on Tidal.

Ditto here. Annoyingly, the album does display the Atmos logo now, yet it plays just stereo. But loud.
